Listings and reservations

Each listing is a single physical object. "Reserve this piece" holds that object for 45 minutes while you check out; if the hold lapses, the piece returns to the open collection. A cart without a live hold does not reserve stock.

Prices are in INR and include the certificate and insured India shipping.

Payment and confirmation

Payment is processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). An order is confirmed only when the payment provider confirms capture to our server — a browser success screen alone is not confirmation.

Every piece is one of one, so in rare cases a payment can complete moments after someone else has bought the same piece. If that happens we do not ship a substitute: we refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within one working day of the payment reaching us, and it typically appears on your statement in 5–7 working days. Your order page shows this status, and we email you when the refund is confirmed.

Handmade variation

Filigree is hand-drawn and hand-woven; minute asymmetries are the nature of the work and part of what the certificate attests. The photographed piece is the delivered piece.
