These terms describe the intended ready-to-buy retail experience and require final business and legal approval before public launch.
Products and availability
Only published ready-to-ship pieces can be purchased. A cart does not reserve stock; checkout creates a temporary reservation after server-side price and inventory validation. Handmade variation and exact specifications are described on each product page.
Payment
Payment is handled by Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after server-side reconciliation; a browser success message alone is not financial confirmation.
Fulfillment and support
Delivery, cancellation, return and refund handling follow the policies presented at purchase and applicable approved business terms. Contact support with the order number for assistance.
