What we keep
Contact and delivery details for orders. An email or phone number if you join the drop list — plus where you signed up, and nothing else. Support messages. Payment references from Razorpay (never card numbers or CVV — payment happens on their hosted, PCI-compliant checkout).
Who processes it
Infrastructure, payment and email providers process limited data to do their jobs, under their own compliance obligations. We use privacy-first analytics that require no personal identifiers and no advertising trackers.
Your choices
Every marketing email carries one-click unsubscribe. For access, correction or deletion of your data, write to support — transactional records that law requires us to keep (like tax invoices) are the only exception.
