How your piece travels

Each piece is packed in a rigid, padded box built for wirework, sealed, and booked with a reputed courier, fully insured for its listed value. You receive the courier name, tracking number and a secure order link by email the moment it is booked.

Timelines

Dispatch: within 3 working days of payment. Delivery: typically 2–7 days across India depending on the destination. The order page shows each step as it happens.

International

International checkout opens in a later phase, once duties, export paperwork and insured international carriage are properly in place. If you are outside India and want a piece now, write to us — some things can be arranged by hand.
