Contact support with your order number so each request can be assessed against the approved policy and condition of the piece.
Before returning a piece
Do not send an item without return instructions. Packaging, insurance and the condition of delicate wirework matter for safe handling.
Refund status
Approved full or partial refunds are recorded against the original payment. We email confirmation after the payment provider reports the refund as processed. Bank display times are outside FabFiligree’s control.
